The seal edge of Clean room wiper

There are three seal edges of clean room wiper: cold cutting, laser cutting, Ultrasonic sealing .Different seal edges are applied to different purposes.

Cold cutting: directly cut the cleaning cloth using electric scissors.It is easy to chip off in this way.It can not be used in the place of high requirements.

Laser cutting is cut by laser ,with high temperature fusing the edges of the cloth .So it is no fluff crumbs.After cutting,they are laundered by DI water to improve the clean ability of clean room wipers, Using laser sealing,four edges are not yellow,no-easy fiber off,nondeformable.It is more suitable for high-grade cleanroom. This way of cutting in the market now is mostly sealed by laser.
